Applications are invited online only from qualified candidates for selection to the undermentioned post in Kerala Government Service. Applications must be submitted online only through the official website of the Kerala Public Service Commission after “ONE TIME REGISTRATION”.

Note I: The above vacancies are now in existence. The Ranked list of selected candidates published by the Commission in response to this notification shall remain in force for a minimum period of one year provided that the said list will continue to be in force till the publication of a new list after the expiry of the minimum period of one year or till the expiry of three years whichever is earlier. Candidates will be advised from the said list against the vacancies that may be reported to the Commission in writing during the period of the currency of the list.

Note II: Candidates who are appointed in the post should serve for 4(four) years during the first 10(Ten) of years of their services(including the period of training) anywhere in India or any other foreign country under defence services connected with defence, if required. Differently abled candidates and those who have completed 45 years of age are exempted from the above compulsory military service.

6 Age limit : 21-45; [Only candidates born between 02.01.1975 and 01.01.1999 (both dates included) are eligible to apply for this post with usual relaxation to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Communities].

7 Qualifications:

1. MD/DNB(Emergency Medicine). In their absence MD/DNB(General Medicine)/MS/DNB(General Surgery) / DNB(Respiratory Medicine), MD/DNB (Anaesthesia) /MS / DNB(Orthopaedics)with 2 years training in Emergency Medicine.

2. Three years teaching experience in the subject as Resident/ Registrar/Demonstrator/Tutor in a recognized medical college either during the post graduation course or after obtaining post graduate degree in the subject.
3. One year Senior Residency after successful completion of PG Course in a Government Medical college.

Note: For the candidates possessing DNB Qualification from MCI recognized medical institutions, three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognized medical institutions either during the DNB course or after possessing DNB qualification. In addition the DNB qualified candidates should have undergone one year Senior Residency after completion of PG course in the concerned subject in a Government Medical College.
